God's Call to be "ALL IN?"

Last week I had the privilege to attend a "celebration of life" service for a member of one of our Association churches who passed away.  This individual spent the final 18 of his 47 year life span as a quadriplegic because of a motorcycle accident that nearly took his life.  He relied fully on others to help take care of him.  As a man of strong faith, he considered his post-accident time on earth as "bonus time."  He lived this portion of his life fully and completely for the Lord, with no regrets.

Climate Survey Summary

Process

The leadership team of Lincoln Lutheran solicits feedback from parents through a climate survey every couple of years.  This is done to assist in efforts toward continuous improvement and also to meet the requirements of accreditation standards.  This summer the LLSA Board of Directors created a sub-committee to assist administration in the process of reviewing the data to determine areas for celebration and growth. Below are the major themes of success.   Areas for improvement and possible action are also listed.

LL SCRIP Program

Is your family benefiting from Lincoln Lutheran's Scrip Program?

This message is intended to serve as a reminder to all Lincoln Lutheran Families that you can earn "tuition credit" and also support the school by purchasing gift cards to use at a wide variety of business around Lincoln (and online).

Attached to this email are some simple illustrations about how the program can be beneficial to a family over the course of a school year.  It is as simple as purchasing gift cards to use at places you already shop.
