Mr. Jeff Schoettlin

Mr. Schoettlin began ministry at Lincoln Lutheran in 2009, and teaches freshman, sophmore, and junior theology classes, a senior independent study, and serves as the chapel coordinator.

Prior to Lincoln Lutheran, Mr. Schoettlin taught sophomore and junior theology classes at Lutheran High School West in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Mr. Schoettlin was born in Houston, Texas, but grew up in Shawnee, Kansas (Kansas City area). He graduated from Concordia University, Seward in 2002, and then completed a Master of Arts degree in Systematic Theology from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 2009.

Mr. Schoettlin and his wife, Robin, have two kids: a son, Grady, and a daughter, Regan. In his free time, he enjoys doing "projects" around the house, spending time with his family, playing a little golf, biking around Lincoln, and the occassional road trip.

Mr. Schoettlin is the founder and sole member of the "Lincoln Lutheran Martin Luther Fan Club," and is entirely too excited about the 500th anniversay of the Reformation in 2017!
