Winter Activities Volunteers Needed

The Winter sports season has started. If you could help us out for an hour or more, please take a few moments to sign up by clicking HERE! If you are interested in helping us out but don't feel comfortable, Mr. Brase is happy to meet with you at any time to go over the procedures and he would also be happy to get you lined up to "shadow" someone for a game to ease into things. We aren't looking for experts, just willing hands!! Thank you to everyone who supports LL athletics programs!

COT - Book Drive

Between December 5th-14th, the Community Outreach Team will be hosting a book drive! (Put them in the bin by the office) Please bring any lightly used books which you are willing to part with! Books will be donated to Huntington and West Lincoln elementary schools for Christmas, so any grade-school appropriate books are greatly appreciated!  click "view"

JV Football Cancelled

TODAY'S JV Football game against Lincoln Christian has been canceled due to low numbers for Lincoln Christian. 

Pre-Season Track Conditioning

Conditioning will be available for Track athletes, or others that want to join in, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays now up until finals. Dress out and meet in the commons at 3:30 for an hour of off-season conditioning. We will begin again after Christmas with pre-season conditioning. See Coach Ziegler if you have any questions.

MS BBB Win over Raymond Central

The Reserve boys basketball team defeated Raymond Central last night 57-43 at Raymond Central. The Warriors led 54-18 after 3 quarters and cruised to the win. The Warriors had a balanced scoring attack and were led by Max Bartels' 20 points. The Reserve team moves to 2-1 on the season.

Warrior Wear to be Sold

We would like to sell Warrior Wear at the first few home Varsity events (Dec. 14, Jan. 18 & Feb. 7). We are going to need people to help us out getting this setup and selling the items. We are asking for people to sign up for 1.5 hr sections of time. If you can help please click HERE

HS GBB - Tough Battles with LC and Milford

The Varsity Girl's basketball lost on Friday night to Lincoln Christian 59-34.  The game was 28-20 at the half but Lincoln Christian pulled away in the second half.  The Warriors were led by Gretchen Moll with 10 points and Leah Jurgens with 7.   The Girl's lost a tough game on Saturday night to Milford 50-46 in overtime.  The Warriors led 42-38 with one minute to go but Milford tied the game and then went on to win in overtime.  The Warriors were led by Gretchen Moll with 20 and Larry Poppe and Leah Jurgens with 7 each.

8th Grade BBB Team 2nd at Tourney

The 8th Grade Boys Champions - Gold Basketball team brought home 2nd place this past weekend in the Holiday Hoops Festival.  After taking an initial loss in the opening game of the tournament, they came back to down Silver Hawks Supreme 37-28 on Saturday.  Leading the team in scoring was Cole Reilly with 10 points, while Evan Wulf and Matthew Wing each added 6 points. The Warriors came back on Sunday to beat East Supreme in an exciting 29-27 game.  Pacing the way for the Warriors was Wulf with 10 points, while Reilly added 9 and Aidan Lofgren poured in 5.

Sunday Girls Soccer Skills

There will be Sunday Soccer Skills starting December 2, 2018 at 6 pm in the WCAP building for any girls who plan to play spring soccer.

HS Boys Reserve Basketball

The Reserve team defeated Lincoln High 61-43. The Reserve team goes to 1-1 and plays at Raymond Central on Monday night, December 10. The C Team was defeated by Lincoln High 65-24. The C Team falls to 0-1 and will next be in action in a tournament at Nebraska City Lourdes on Saturday, December 15.

UPS Road Code

Boys and Girls club of Lincoln/Lancaster County is hosting UPS Road Code on Dec 15 and over winter break on Jan 2, 3 and 4. We are looking for 13-18-year-old kids. Parents can register online for their children. Road Code is a teen safe driving program. Lunch will be provided. Parents need to pick up and drop off students at Door 6 at Park Middle School. January Clothing Giveaway

It's time for our winter community clothing share!  Please drop off items at the office any time from now until the event.  We are especially looking for child/teen clothes, but welcome any and all donations-all seasons!  Shoes, boots, socks, accessories, books and toys, formals, towels, bedding, and coats all welcome. Details: Sunday, January 13th, 2019 from 2-6pm in the LL Commons. We have a VERY generous group and we thank you for sharing with our Lincoln northeast community! Girls BB Win over Norfolk Catholic

Congrats to the Girls' High School basketball team on finishing 3rd in the opening tournament.  They defeated Norfolk Catholic 46-37 to even their record at 1-1 on the season.   You can support the girl's basketball team by going to the website below and ordering your 2018-2019 girl's basketball shirt.

Wednesday, December 19th

Middle School Service Day will be on Wednesday, December 19.  High school students will have a normal school day: 8:00 am to 3:15 pm.  After School care will be available for middle school when they get back from their service day.
