HS CC Results

Warrior cross country is going to state!!  Tanner Lebo, Jacob Meyer, Ryan Hlavity, and Jack Rolland all posted personal bests as the Lincoln Lutheran boys' team qualified for state with a 3rd place finish at the district cross country meet at Branched Oak lake on Thursday.  Noah L'Heureux and Colton Meyer also had strong finishes.  Tanner Lebo earned a 13th place medal.

Cross Country Results 9/28

Our MS and HS competed at the LL Invitational CC Meet on Thursday, 9/28. Tanner Lebo (19:05) and Noah L'Heureux (19:06) continue  to improve upon their personal career best times. Lebo and L'Heureux paced the Warriors with their 11th and 12th place finishes respectively with a team 5th (out of 10) place finish. Hannah Fitzsimmons (25:36) and Kayla Steinbauer (26:04) were top finishers for the girls.  Due to injuries, the Warrior girls did not have a team score. Elisha Meyer (22:03) also finished with a career personal best.

Cross Country Results from UNK Meet 9/25

Noah L'Heureux (19:11) and Tanner Lebo (19:16) ran personal career records leading the Warrior boys to a 16th (out of 39) place finish at the UNK cross country meet in Kearney.  The Lady Warriors also finished 16th (out of 19) as Kayla Steinbauer (23:46) and Hannah Fitzsimmons (24:14) posted season bests leading the girls' team. Calisa Boren (29:52) and Jack Rolland (21:30) each posted personal records with Colten Meyer (21.52) running a season best.  

Cross Country Results from Malcom & Fillmore Central

The Warrior cross country teams competed at the Fillmore Central Invitational meet September 14th.  Every one of the boys ran either a personal best (Varsity: Noah L'Heureux, Ryan Hlavity, Jack Rolland and JV: Elisha Meyer, Ashton Polk, Jack Tewes) or a seson best (Varsity: Tanner Lebo, Jacob Meyer, Michael Blome and JV: Colton Meyer).  Hannah Fitzsimmons and Noah L'Heureux led the Warriors.

HS CC UNK Invite Results

The HS Cross Country team ran yesterday, Sept. 28th at the UNK CC Invitational. The top two finishers for the LL boys were: Caleb Ziems finishing 41st and Simon Brathen finishing 65th. The boys team finished 16th overall. The top two finishers for the LL girls were: Paige Steinbauer finishing 33rd and Paige Borcherding finishing 45th. The Girls team finished 16th overall. Go Warriors!

Cross Country Results

LL made a proud showing at the Malcolm Cross Country Invite at Branched Oak Tuesday, Sept. 22. Three LL Warriors finished in the top 25 in their respective races. Paige Steinbauer finished 14th, Caleb Ziems finished 23 and Noah L'Heureux finished 23 in the Boys JV. Warrior Strong!

State Cross Country Results

The 2014 Cross Country season came to a close Friday, Oct. 24th at the State Meet held at the Kearney Country Club.  The Warriors only qualifiers Ryan Volin and Senior Austin Peterson in his last high school race both improved on their previous State Meet performances.  Ryan finished the 5K run in 17:47 just missing the podium in 18th place.  Austin finished in 51st place in a time of 18:43.

Cross Country District Results

The Cross Country Team competed at the District meet held at Branched Oak Lake Thursday, Oct. 16th.

Cross Country Conference Results

The LL Cross Country team ran some personal season bests on Friday at the Centennial Conference meet.  The girls team finished in 5th place led by 12th place medalist Paige Steinbauer with a time of 22:40.  She was followed by freshman Hannah Fitzsimmons, 17th place in 23:05, Paige Borcherding 23:16, Cassie Shambaugh 24:05 and Brittany Sincebaugh in 31:23.  The boys team finished in 6th place lead by 5th place medalist Ryan Volin with a time of 17:54.

HS XC Results - Mon, Sept. 29

The Lincoln Lutheran Cross Country Team competed Monday at the Kearney Invite with 40 teams in the Class D division.

The girls 16th place finish was led by Paige Steinbauer 27th in 23:42, followed by Paige Borcherding, 53rd, 25:04; Cassie Shambaugh-Miller, 75th, 27:32; and Brittany Sincebaugh, 129th, 32:33.
