Girls Golf Results on 9/17

The Girls Golf team won their dual against Grand Island Central Catholic on Tuesday.  The girls shot a team total of 193 to GICC’s 224.  The team was led by Natalie Barrett who carded a 44.  Grace Fahleson and Rachael Volin both shot 49, and Mallory Schmidt completed the team scoring with 51.

The Girls golf team won their triangular against Palmyra and Cedar Bluffs on Thursday at Woodland Hills.  The Lady Warriors shot a team total of 195.  Rachael Volin and Grace Fahleson both shot 44 to lead the team.  Mallory Schmidt carded a 52 & Natalie Barrett shot a 55 to complete the team scoring.

The Girls golf won the Tri-County Invitational on Friday!  The Lady Warriors shot a 394 team total in the ten-team event.  Rachael Volin shot a 93 to finish First overall.  Grace Fahleson and Natalie Barrett both carded 97 to finish 3rd and 4th, respectively.  Mallory Schmidt completed the team scoring with a personal best 107 to place 14th overall.  The fifth varsity player, Hannah Ernst, continues her rapid improvement and carded a personal best 112.

HS Girls Golf Results

The Girls golf team finished 3rd in the eight team Waverly Invitational on Tuesday.  The team had three players place in the top 15.  Mallory Schmidt shot a personal best 102 to finish 11th overall.  Grace Fahleson carded a 93 to finish 4th and Rachael Volin shot a 91 to finish 3rd.  The team total of 401 placed the Lady Warriors behind Lincoln Christian’s 387 and Bennington’s 399, who finished first and second respectively.

The Girls Golf team finished second in the Syracuse Invitational Thursday 8/29.  The Lady Warriors had a team total of 423.  Lincoln Christian won with a 385 total. The team was led by Rachael Volin who shot a 92 to finish 3rd overall.  Grace Fahleson had a 98 to finish 4th, and Natalie Barrett had a 105 to place 6th. 
 

Logan Eschliman signs with Concordia

Congratulations to Logan Eschliman! On Thursday, November 15, Logan signed to play golf with the Bulldogs at Concordia University, Seward. The signing took place at Lincoln Lutheran. Logan was joined by her parents, coaches, and friends who have supported her throughout the years. We wish Logan God's Richest Blessings in all her endeavors at Concordia next year!

State Golf

Congrats to the Lincoln Lutheran Girls Golf Team.  The team got 6th place overall.  Individual scores were: Grace F. 101, Logan E. 102, Natalie B. 114, Rachael V. 116 & Sophia F 139.

LL Girls Golf - Class C District Runner-Ups

The Girls Golf team placed runner-up at Districts Monday at Hidden Valley Golf Course and qualified for State!  The team shot a total score of 391 to finish 4 shots behind winner Lincoln Christian who shot 387.  The team was led by Logan Eschliman and Grace Fahleson who shot 92 and 93 respectively, to finish 3rd and 4th overall.  Sophia Fahleson shot a 102 and medaled in ninth place, and Natalie Barrett completed the team scoring with a 104.  The team will be competing next week in the State championship at the Rivers Edge Golf Course in North Platte.

Lincoln Lutheran's girls golf team got 2nd overall at the Lincoln Christian Invitational on Thursday, 9/27.  Lincoln Christian beat them by only 2 strokes. Top finishers were Grace Fahleson-2nd place & Sophia Fahleson-5th place.
