HS VB Jamboree Results

The HS VB team was successful at the Jamboree on Tuesday, August 21st.  They got wins against Syracuse and Johnson-Brock. Don't forget that the first home vb game is Thursday, August 23rd starting at 5pm.   

LJS All-City Fall Sports Teams

Kayla Ernstmeyer Signs with CUNE

Congratulations to Kayla Ernstmeyer! She signed to play volleyball for the Bulldogs of Concordia University, Nebraska. The signing ceremony took place at Lincoln Lutheran on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2017. Kayla was surrounded by family and teammates. We want to wish Kayla God's richest blessings on her college career at CUNE!

3rd Place at State Volleyball

Congratulations to the 2017 High School Varsity Volleyball team on their 3rd place finish at State. They finished their successful season with a 31-6 record.  The  team beat Ord in the first round of the State Tournament, winning all 3 sets. They lost a close second match to GICC in 4 sets, and then took down North Bend in 3 sets. Great work Warriors!!!

2017 Fall All Conference

Congratulations to Marriah Buss, Hope Leimbach and Erin Williams who were named to the Volleyball All Conference West and to Rebecca Ziems and Kayla Ernstmeyer who were named Honorable Mention. 

Congratulations also goes out to Logan Kriezel, Cole Schaedel, Jake Wendland, James Lavicky, Cayden Bergt, & Colby Bliss who were named Football All Conference West. Ethan Rickords, Noah Stueber, Sam Rathe, Dalton Paxton, & Joe Admiraal all earned Honorable Mentions.

Congratulations to all these Warriors! Thank you for a great Fall Sports Season!

HS VB Records Broken

Congratulations to several high school volleyball players that broke some individual Lincoln Lutheran records and even Class C-1 records this past season!

  • Marriah Buss broke the LL school record and the State Class C-1 record for kills in one season with 684. 
  • Hope Leimbach  broke the LL school record for set assists on a season with 1,023.
  • Erin Williams set a school record for digs on the season with a total of 489.

Way to go Warriors!!

HS VB finish 3rd at State

Congrats to the LL VB team on a great season! The warriors finished strong as they claimed 3rd place at the State Championship on Saturday 11/11 vs. North Bend. The VB team opened State tournament play on Thursday night, when they faced off against Ord. With the win that night they went on to play a very tough and close 4 set game against #2 GICC on Friday at 3 pm in PBA. The warriors fell short vs. GICC and played at 9 am for 3rd place against North Bend. Thanks to all the fans who came out to support the Warriors for each one of the games!

Congrats on HS VB Berth to State!

Congratulations to the Volleyball team on their victory on Saturday over Broken Bow in the District Championship at GICC. The Warriors won in three straight sets, 25-9, 25-19, and 25-21. This advances the team to the NE State Volleyball Tournament starting Thursday, with the 1st round at Lincoln Northstar HS at 7:30 pm. The tournament continues the following day at the Pinnacle Bank Arena for the winners of Thursdays matches.

All Five Fall Sports qualify for State!

It has been an amazing fall sports season for the Lincoln Lutheran Warriors. For the first time in school history, all five of the fall sports teams have qualified for State competition, with our girls Softball team winning State!
