Educational Trip to the Florida Keys!

Working in conjunction with WorldStrides Education Student Travel, Mr. Lyle Ziems is excited to announce that he will be leading a marine science educational trip to the Florida Keys in the Spring of 2020. There will be a parent information meeting at Lincoln Lutheran the evening of Tuesday, August 27 @ 6:00 p.m. downstairs in room 02 . Click "view" for more.

LJS's 2019 "Class Acts"

We would like to congratulate Lincoln Lutheran Seniors, Rachel Ziems, Ella Moll and Zach Streich on being chosen to represent LL at the Lincoln Journal Star's 2019 Class Acts! Graduates are chosen based on a number of criteria including school and community involvement, academic achievements and future plans. Joint Lutheran High School Concert

The Lake Country Lutheran High School Band from Hartland Wisconsin will play a concert at Christ Lincoln Lutheran Church this Thursday at 7:30. This concert is part of their Spring tour and will feature our own Lincoln Lutheran High School Band on a few pieces. This is an exciting opportunity to celebrate music and the shared ministries of Lutheran schools across the country.

Performance times will be assigned between 8:00-3:00. Large ensembles will perform in the morning and solos/small ensembles will perform in the afternoon. 

Congratulations to Lydia Grimpo

Senior Lydia Grimpo will be playing oboe in the Nebraska Wesleyan Honor Band Concert on Saturday, February 8th at 2:30. She was selected out of hundreds of auditions across the state. Congratulations Lydia on your hard work and accomplishments.

Rachel Ziems and Grant Donovan National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalists

Grant Donovan and Rachel Ziems are among approximately 16,000 semifinalists in the 64th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.  These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million that will be offered next spring.
