Pre-Season Girls Soccer Meeting

Attention Returning and Future Girls Soccer Players: For those not playing basketball, there will be a meeting on Monday, November 26 to begin preparations for the Spring 2019 season. We will meet in Ms. Bs room (106) at 3:30 pm. Sunday Skills: We begin Sunday Skills on Sunday, December 2, 2018. More details to come. The first session will be at 6 pm. We will meet in the new building.

High School Soccer Teams finish season

Both the Boys and Girls soccer teams closed out their seasons on Wednesday night in tough sub-district matches against Norris. The boys played Norris at Doane University and fell with a final score of 4-0. The girls team also faced Norris at Norris and battled through a tough match falling just short 1-0. Congrats to both teams on solid seasons, we look forward to next year! 

HS Soccer Results

HS Soccer Results: Girls beat Aurora 2-0 will goals by Elayne Poppe & Hannah Ernst.  Boys lost 2-1 to Aurora.

Boys Soccer Defeats Scotus

The boys soccer team was able to defeat Scotus in a shootout!  The game finished 2-2,  with goals from Ethan Zager and Gage Rabbe.  In the shoot out, we won 4-2.  The team worked hard for this great win!

The boys soccer team beat Nebraska City 4-2 on Tuesday 4/17.

Soccer Results 4/10: Girls won 4-1 against Schuyler.  Goals by Layney Poppe and Kassidy Johnson. Boys lost 1-4 against Schuyler.

Soccer Results 3/27

Congrats to our boys and girls soccer teams. They both won against Seward High on Tuesday, 3/27. Girls won 3-1 wil Kassidy Johnson scored all 3 goals for LL.  Boys won 3-0.  Abbos Ishonov netted the hat trick for the Warriors.

Soccer Results for 3/23 against Conestoga: Girls won 2-1 in OT (Goals made by Layney Poppe and Kristina Tewes and Boys won 5-1.

Soccer Results on 3/15

The Boys Soccer team came away with a 4-0 win against Omaha Concordia.  The first half ended with goals from Ethan Zager and Chase DeBusk. In the second half, Jackson Wahl and a Concordia own goal gave the Warriors two more goals to end the game!

The Girls Soccer team lost 6-2 against Omaha Concordia. Sophomore Elayne Poppe scored both goals for the Warriors.

Evan Rich Signs to play Soccer for Northwestern Iowa

Congratulations to Evan Rich! He signed to play soccer for Northwestern Iowa University. The signing ceremony took place in the Lincoln Lutheran gym on Monday, November 6. Evan was surrounded by family and friends who have been there to support and encourage him throughout the years. We want to wish Evan God's richest blessings on his college career at Northwestern Iowa!
