LL Band of the Week

The Lincoln Lutheran Pep/Marching Band is B107.3's "Band of the Week" for The Morning Show with Gina and Jo this Friday, 9/21. We hope you tuned in to FM 107.3. All of the students had a great time and please see Lincoln Lutheran's Facebook page as there was pictures and a video of it taken.

2018 Distinguished Young Alumni Award

 Jason Schwab

Jason Schwab is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln Lutheran High School. He went on to attended Miami University in Ohio earning degrees in Business and Management Information Systems. Shortly thereafter, he returned to complete his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He currently serves as an Experience Manager for Grant Thornton - a Chicago-based company.

2018 Distinguished Alumni Award

 Brendel & Myra (Clark) Maier

Myra Maier (Clark) is a 1978 graduate of Lincoln Lutheran Junior High. She went on to attend both Lincoln East High School and Concordia University, NE where she received a degree in business. Brendel Maier is a 1980 graduate of Lincoln Lutheran Junior High. He went on to attend both Lincoln East and Seward High School before attending Southeast Community College to study electronics.

Rachel Ziems and Grant Donovan National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalists

Grant Donovan and Rachel Ziems are among approximately 16,000 semifinalists in the 64th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.  These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million that will be offered next spring.

Warrior Golf Classic 2018

The 23rd Annual Warrior Classic Golf Tournament is quickly approaching.  Get your foursome signed up today! Tournament will start at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Woodland Hills Golf Course.  We are also looking for individuals or businesses to help support us by becoming Hole Sponsors. Football Team Award

The Lincoln Lutheran Summer Football team participated in a team camp at SDSU in Brooking, SD. During the final scrimmage session, LL finished in 2nd place in our group of 4 teams falling only to a 5A school from Minnesota. During the consolation round LL defeated the other 3 teams in our group with a great defensive effort! At the end of the camp, the SDSU coaching staff awards an Exceptional Team award to the team that displayed sportsmanship and good behavior throughout camp and competed hard in every drill/scrimmage.

Congratulations to the Lincoln Lutheran Warriors for finishing 4th in the NSAA Cup Class C All-School Standings.  Contributing to this outstanding achievement were District Music performances, the Football team qualifying for the State Playoffs and advancing to the State Semifinals, the Volleyball team qualifying for the State Tournament and earning 3rd place, the Softball team winning the State Championship, the Baseball team qualifying for the State Tournament and winning one game, and the Girls Track & Field team with a Runner-up finish at the State Track Meet. The girls al

Congrats: Joe Admiraal

Joseph Admiraal was awarded the National Naval ROTC Scholarship at Lincoln Lutheran’s recent awards ceremony.   The mission of the Navy ROTC Program is to develop young men and women morally, mentally and physically and to instill in them the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment.

HS Girls District Track Champions

Great effort by both teams as they had a very successful day at Districts! Congratulations to the girls track team on winning the District championship with 149 points and the boys team placed a solid 4th with 78 points. Lincoln Lutheran will be sending 16 athletes on to the State Meet Held May 18 and 19th at Omaha Burke stadium. The girls have qualified in 12 different events (2 as additional qualifying relay teams) and the boys have qualified in 6 events. Josie Puelz won the pole vault, the 100 m hurdles, and the 300 m hurdles.
