Lincoln Lutheran is proud to announce the addition of a new Student Success Center (SSC) coming to campus in the fall of 2024. Mrs. Erin Hruska will serve as the Center’s Director. Mrs. Hruska’s background includes working with students with a range of educational needs, including those with an Individual Education Plan (IEP), as well as special and general education. "I am eager to contribute my knowledge and experience to support the academic and personal growth of all students at Lincoln Lutheran”, says Hruska.
The addition of the SSC will meet three specific, academic objectives.
Every student will have the opportunity to receive extra support if needed.
Classroom teachers will have support implementing customized education plans.
Strong collaboration and communication between students, parents, teachers, and outside resource providers.
"The addition of the SSC affirms Lincoln Lutheran’s ongoing commitment to facilitating successful learning and giving every student the best education”, says Jeremy Giedel, Assistant Head of Schools.
Lincoln Lutheran’s first annual summer festival, WarriorFest, will generate funds to support the SSC, as well as Warrior athletics and activities. The event will be held on campus at 56th & Holdrege on August 24th and will feature a live, outdoor concert featuring ‘The Voice’ finalist Jeremey Rosado. Jeremy has performed live on the Kelly Clarkson Show and is impacting Christian radio stations nationwide with his hit single “Come and See”.
There will also be food trucks, a faculty talent show, and a raffle with valuable prizes, including one year FREE tuition. To learn how you can support the new Student Success Center by participating in WarriorFest, go to https://www.lincolnlutheran.org/page/warrior-fest
